杭州地铁新线运营管理及其标准化模式探讨

New Line Management and the Standardization Practice from Operation Perspective in Hangzhou Metro

我国多地城市轨道交通已陆续进入建设和运营并举发展的阶段,对新线工程的效率和质量、运营服务的品质提出了新的要求。从运营视角,阐述了新线运营管理的概念及内涵,运用PDCA(策划、实施、检查、处置)管理原则,探讨了杭州地铁新线运营筹备管理模式及运营需求标准化的实践问题,为又好又快地促进地铁建设与运营良性互动发展提供借鉴。

Many cities in China have entered the develop- ment period of urban rail transit construction and operation, higher requirements for the working efficiency, qual- ity and operation service of new lines is proposed. From the management point of view, the concept and connotation of new line management are expounded systematically. Fur- thermore, the practical working about the new line preparation management mode and operational demands are ex- plored according to the PDCA （plan, do, check, act） prin- ciple, in order to provide a reference for the interactive de- velopment of metro construction and operation.
