摘要
介绍了长沙市轨道交通2号线列车紧急牵引的功能。从紧急运行模式制动不缓解控制逻辑入手,对紧急运行模式牵引工况下出现列车抱闸运行的情况进行了分析,并提出改进方案:列车牵引指令输出硬线改造(方案一);牵引控制单元软件改进(方案二)。通过比较改进方案的可靠性及可执行性,确定方案二为最终整改方案,即:完善列车紧急牵引工况下的保护逻辑,减少紧急运行模式下的安全隐患。
The emergency drive functions for the train Of Changsha metro Line 2 are introduced. The existing prob- lems of band brake operation in traction condition of emer- gency drive mode are analyzed, based on the control logic of brake release failure. Improvement schemes are put for- ward, including the hard line reconstruction in train trac- tion output (Scheme 1 ) and the software improvement of traction control units (Scheme 2). The final improvement scheme is determined by comparison of their reliability and performability. Scheme 2 is selected, it will perfect the protection logic during the emergency driving of the train, reduce security risks in emergency operation mode.
