Analysis of the Telephone Block(Clear)Method in Traffic Organization

从闭塞原理、人员分工、区间划分、操作步骤、应急箱使用等方面详细介绍了重庆轨道交通运营单位执行的行车代用闭塞法——电话闭塞(解除)法的相关内容,并进一步对其技术改革进行探讨。实践证明,该法既能保证安全,又能保证效率;不仅适用于跨坐式单轨系统,也适用于地铁系统,具有较好的兼容性。

In this paper, the substitute operation block- telephone block（clear）method in Chongqing Rail Transit is introduced, including the principle of block, personnel di- vision, block section, operating procedures and emergency box in the original optimization of traffic organization. The related technical reform methods are also discussed. Practical application has proved that the telephone block （dear） method in organization of train operation can guar- antee the transport safety as well as the transport efficien- cy. Because of its preferable compatibility, this method can not only suit the straddle- type monorail transit system, but also adapt to the subway system.
