摘要
结合上海轨道交通12号线工程建设特点和难点,以在不影响既有桩基、建筑物安全的情况下保证盾构正常施工为目标,针对部分区间原线路设计方案、区间隧道衬砌结构设计方案、区间隧道盾构施工方案提出了优化方案并进行了论证;进而针对盾构下穿运营中的轨道交通区间隧道、密集建筑群提出了相应的施工技术措施,并在施工过程中严格控制施工质量。结果表明,优化方案实施效果良好,对邻近建筑物的影响均在允许范围内。
According to the construction features and diffi- culties of Shanghai metro Line 12, on the premise that the normal shield tunneling should be ensured, the safety of ex- isting piles and building foundation not be influenced, ad- vices for part of the tunnel are put forward and theoretical- ly demonstrated, aiming to optimize line design, tunnel lin- ing structure and tunnel shield construction. Then, con- struction measures for shield tunnel crossing underneath the adjacent oprating tunnels and dense buildings are proposed, which require that the construction quality be strictly con- trolled in the construction period. The optimization scheme has been proved effective and the impacts on adiacent buildings are all controlled within allowable range.
