摘要
目的观察半导体激光联合五官超短波和手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2016年10月在理疗科就诊颞下颌关节紊乱病患者160例,分为二组,观察组80例,采用半导体激光联合五官超短波和手法治疗;对照组80例,采用五官超短波和手法治疗,二组患者均10次为1个疗程,两个疗程后评价分析治疗效果。结果二组患者最大张口度和咀嚼关节区的疼痛治疗比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率91.25%,对照组总有效率72.5%,观察组明显优于对照组。结论半导体激光联合五官超短波和手法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病可以提高TMD患者的张口度及咀嚼功能,减轻颞下颌关节及关节周围肌群疼痛,是治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的有效方法。
Objective To observe clinical curative effect of semiconductor laser combined with ultrashort wave and facial features with manipulation in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders(TMD).Methods From2014 to 2016,total of 160 cases of temporomandibular joint disorder patients in author's hospital were selected as subjects.According to the date of visit doctor,single day patients were into observation group of 80 cases which using semiconductor laser combined with ultrashort wave and facial massage therapy;double day for 80 cases were in the control group who reseived the facial and hand ultrashort wave therapy.Two groups of patients were given one course of treatment for 10 times.Then the therapeutic effect were analyzed and evaluated after two courses.Results In the observation group after 2 courses of treatment,28 cases were markedly effective,45 cases improved,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was91.25%;the control group was 72.5%.The observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions Semiconductor laser combined with ultrashort wave with manipulation in the treatment of temporomandibular disorders can improve the patients with mouth open and masticatory function and facial features;relieve temporomandibular joint and periarticular muscle pain;is an effective method for the treatment of temporomandibular disorders.
