穴位敷贴法治疗支气管哮喘的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA WITH ACUPOINT APPLICation

目的观察中药穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将2014年1月—2015年1月期间该院门诊治疗的140例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组和对照组各70例。观察二组治疗前后临床症状治疗情况、ACT评分(Asthma Control Test)、肺功能变化情况。结果观察组患者总有效率为87.14%,对照组患者总有效率为67.14%,二组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ACT评分明显高于对照组,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组FEV1%和PEF%和MMEF75/25%明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论中药穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘,可有效改善支气管哮喘的症状,减轻炎性反应,改善肺功能,提高生活质量,且该方法安全、方便、效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese herbal medicine in treating different types of bronchi asthma.Methods Since January 2014 to January 2015 period,author＇s hospital admitted a total of 140 cases of patients with bronchial asthma as the subjects of study.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,70 patients in each group,which were treated with different treatment.And clinical symptoms,ACT score,pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.14%,and 67.14% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The ACT score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,a significant difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The FEV1% and PEF% and MMEF75/25%in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Chinese medicine acupoint application treatment of bronchial asthma,can effectively improve the symptoms of bronchial asthma,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve lung function,improve the quality of life.The method is safe,convenient,the effect is significant;it is worthy of popularization and application.
