摘要
目的探讨循证医学在超声医学实习生创新能力培养中的应用价值。方法选择华北理工大学附属医院2009级及2010级医学影像学专业本科实习生96人,以班级为单位分为观察组和对照组,每组48人;二组实习生的超声医学专业课教学、实习总学时相等。观察组采用循证医学教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。采用书面理论考试考核二组实习生对超声医学专业知识掌握程度;采用自填式问卷调查评估二组实习生的循证医学教学效果。结果二组间知识点掌握程度、检索文献能力、自学能力、分析解决问题能力及学习积极性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声医学教学中应用循证医学方法可以提高学生自主学习和创新的综合能力,是一种全新的教学模式。
Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based medicine in the cultivation of innovative ability of ultrasonic medical students.Methods Ninety-six undergraduate students grade of 2009 and2010 medical imaging and nuclear medicine in author's hospital were divided into experimental group and control group,each group with48 students;two groups of interns were equal to the ultrasonic specialized course teaching and practice.The experimental group adopted the teaching method of evidence-based medicine,while the control group used the traditional teaching method.Using written theory test,we evaluated the two group of the degree of master professional knowledge of the cases,and using self-administered questionnaire investigation,we evaluated the two groups of interns of evidence-based medicine teaching effect.Results There was significant difference between the two groups on the knowledge points,the ability of searching the literature,the ability of self study,the ability to analyze and solve the problem of learning(P〈0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine in ultrasonic medicine teaching can improve students' comprehensive ability of independent study and innovation,and it is a new teaching mode.
