摘要
基于生态位理论,将知识转移细化为投入知识转移和存量知识转移,通过构建基于AJ模型的知识投入利润模型和基于Lotka-Volterra的知识转移演化模型,结合定性分析和算例验证,揭示了知识转移对知识投入及创新收益增量的影响机理。研究表明:知识转移系数对成员收益增量及知识转移演化均衡的影响较大,通过调整两类知识的转移系数,构建相互依存的共生关系,有望推动知识有效转移,促进成员知识存量增加,降低单个成员以及联盟知识投入量,提高知识资源的配置效率,增加成员及联盟的收益增量。
Based on Niche theory,this paper divides the knowledge transfer into stock knowledge transfer and investment knowledge transfer. And then,it builds up a profit function of knowledge input based on AJ model and the knowledge transfer evolution model based on Lotka-Volterra model. Qualitative analysis and numerical example Verification are made to show how the knowledge transfer influences the knowledge input and Incremental innovation benefits. Results show that knowledge transfer coefficient has greater impact on the incremental earnings of members and knowledge transfer evolutionary. Adjustment of knowledge transfer coefficient in two class transfer and construction dependency symbiotic relationship can promote effective transfer of knowledge and increase the stock knowledge of members. It also can reduce knowledge input of individual member and the alliance,improve the allocation efficiency of knowledge resources and increase the incremental revenue of individual member and alliance.
