摘要
目的探讨不孕症患者应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声的临床价值,并观察其对患者子宫内膜及动脉血流的评价价值,为临床不孕症患者诊治提供参考。方法选取医院2013年12月—2015年12月间收治的185例原发性不孕症女性患者作为观察组,另选取同期健康体检女性健康人群120例为研究对照组。应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声分别于月经周期第8~11天、第13~16天及第20~24天检测2组子宫动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、子宫内膜厚度、阻力指数(RI)及搏动指数(PI)。子宫内膜厚度以受检者子宫长轴图像为准,然后检测受检者宫体部宫腔线前、后子宫内膜总厚径;同时对研究期间所得数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者于不同时段的子宫内膜厚度均明显小于对照组(P<0.05);而PSA明显慢于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组于不同时段的PI及RI值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声可有效了解及掌握不孕症患者动脉血流动力学及子宫内膜厚度情况,从而可有效评价患者子宫内膜容受性,为患者临床疾病诊断及治疗方案选择提供一定的参考,有利于保障患者生命安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of application infertility by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, and to observe the evaluation value of the endometrium of patients with arterial blood flow, provide a strong reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility. Methods In this study, Select the control group and the observation group study mode 1, our hospital in December, 2013 - December, 2015 were treated 185 cases of primary infertility in female pa- tients as observed in this group, and the other choose healthy women over the same period 120 cases of healthy people-ori- ented study group. Application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the menstrual cycle, respectively 8 - 11 d, the first 13 - 16 d and the second 20 -24 d were detected uterine artery peak systolic velocity (PSV), endometrial thickness, resistance index( RI) and pulsatility index(PI). Endometrial thickness subject uterine long axis image prevail,then the pre-test subjects Palace uterine body lines, endometrial total thickness to diameter;the same time, the data obtained during the study were statistically analyzed. Results Observation group were different periods in endometrial thickness were sig- nificantly less than the control group, P 〈 0.05 ; and the PSA was significantly slower than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Ob- servation group was significantly higher in the PI and RI values for different time periods,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Through the application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can effectively understand and grasp infertility Hemodynamics and endometrial thickness, and thereby effectively evaluate patients with endometrial receptivity for clinical diagnosis and treat- ment programs choose to provide a reference,it will help protect the safety of patients.
