饮食护理指导方案对额叶胶质瘤患者术后营养指标与功能康复的良性影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨饮食护理指导方案对额叶胶质瘤患者术后营养指标与功能康复的良性影响,为额叶胶质瘤患者术后康复提供积极指导。方法选取2012年1月—2015年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四临床医院接受手术治疗的额叶胶质瘤患者96例,按照随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各48例,其中对照组为额叶胶质瘤术后接受基础护理的患者,试验组为在饮食上接受专门指导方案护理的患者,分别在饮食干预前和干预后3个月比较2组患者营养指标包括体质量指数(BMI)、红细胞与血红蛋白计数的差异,同时比较2组患者功能康复的差异。结果试验组患者干预前后血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指数3个指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指标分别为(138.63±14.26)g/L、(3.52±0.34)×10^(12)/L和(25.86±4.17)kg/m^2,对照组患者饮食护理干预后3个月血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指标分别为(120.53±14.39)g/L、(3.19±0.18)×1012/L和(18.72±4.22)kg/m^2,2组患者血红蛋白、红细胞、BMI指数干预后3个月相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者功能康复状况比较结果显示,试验组患者功能康复为优、良、一般、无效的例数分别为37例、4例、6例、1例,对照组分别为21例、9例、10例、8例,2组患者功能康复程度对应比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组优良率为85.42%,对照组为62.50%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论饮食护理指导方案有利于额叶胶质瘤患者术后营养指标包括血红蛋白、红细胞计数、BMI指数的提高,同时有利于患者身体功能的康复。 Objective To explore the Effect of diet nursing instruction on nutritional index and functional recovery of patients with frontal lobe glioma, and to provide positive guidance for postoperative recovery. Methods Ninety-six patients accepting surgical treatment of frontal glioma in our hospital from January ,2012 to January ,2015 were selected, and ran- domly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group accepted basic nursing after frontal gliomas surgery, while the test group accepted special diet nursing guidance, comparing respec- tively in diet before and after three months' intervention between the two groups the nutritional indexes including the difference of body mass index( BMI), red blood cells and hemoglobin count, plus functional rehabilitation differences be- tween the two groups. Results The test group had statistical significance before and after the intervention in hemoglobin, red blood cells, and BMI ( P 〈 0.05 ) , Test group of patients with hemoglobin, red The cell and BMI indexes were ( 138.63 ± 14.26) g/L, (3.52±0.34) 1012/kg and (25.86 ± 4.17 ) L/m2, control group patients The hemoglobin, red blood cell and BMI indexes were divided into 3 months after the intervention of diet nursing intervention. Don' t be ( 120.53 ± 14.39) g/L, (3.19 ±0.18)× 1012/L and ( 18.72 ±4.22) m2/kg,and there was significant difference between two groups in hemoglobin ,red blood cells, and BMI after three months of intervention( P 〈 O. 05 ) ;the functional rehabilitation results show that there was statistical difference between the two groups in the degree of rehabilitation( P 〈 0. 05 ) with 37 excellent cases ,4 good cases ,6 general cases, 1 invalid case in the experimental group and 21 excellent ca- ses ,9 good cases, 10 general cases, 8 invalid cases in the control group. The excellent rate of experimental group was 85.4%, and the control group 62.5 %, with a statistical difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Diet nursing guidance pro- gram is conducive to the improvement of the nutritional index of patients with frontal gliomas including hemoglobin, red blood cell count, and BMI, meanwhile,it is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients' physical function.
