刮板输送机运量计算时等效截面积的仿真

Simulation of Equivalent Cross-sectional Area in Transport Capacity Calculation of Scraper Conveyor

为研究刮板输送机在给定条件下的运量,分析了刮板输送机的具体工况,利用虚拟实验的方法标定了仿真所用的煤炭模型的接触参数,利用EDEM离散元软件模拟了煤炭颗粒在刮板上的运动,得出了运煤的等效截面积,为刮板输送机的运量计算提供了较为准确的依据。

In order to study the transport capacity of the scraper conveyor under given conditions,The specific working conditions of the scraper conveyor are analyzed. The contact parameters of coal model used in simulation are calibrated by the method of virtual experiment. The movement of coal particles on the scraper is simulated by using EDEM discrete element software~ Equivalent cross-sectional area is obtained. It provides an accurate basis for the calculation of the volume of the scraper conveyor.
