摘要
为了研究大型负游隙转盘轴承启动摩擦力矩与负游隙的定量关系,分别用赫兹接触理论和有限元分析软件对此类轴承进行接触分析和启动摩擦力矩分析、计算。从赫兹接触理论计算结果可以看出,轴承为负游隙时钢球与滚道间的接触区域是椭圆形的,并且其接触面积与最大接触应力均随着负游隙的增加非线性增加。同时,有限元分析的结果与试验数据非常接近。为今后利用有限元分析软件优化设计,在设计阶段预估轴承的启动摩擦力矩提供了一种新的、高效的方法。
In order to study on starting friction torque of large-sized bearing with negative internal clearance,have done some works with Hertz's contact theory and ANSYS. Through the analysis of the Contact stress with Hertz's contact theory and ANSYS,fond that the areas of contact and the maximum contact stress all raise in nonlinear with the increase of negative internal clearance values. At the same time,the results were very closed to the test result. This study could provide us a new method to estimated starting friction torque of bearings in design stage.
