摘要
影响带式输送机动态称重精度因素很多,如由输送带的黏弹性而产生的输送带张力、运行阻力等。基于黏弹性材料在动态载荷下的能耗理论,对输送带的压陷阻力的能耗机理进行研究,得到输送带在通过托辊时的压陷阻力系数及压陷阻力。在此基础上推导输送带张力与悬垂度的数学模型,对提高带式输送机计量精度有重要意义。
