摘要
《煤矿安全规程》(2016)要求过卷保护、超速保护、限速保护和减速功能保护应当设置为相互独立的双线形式。经过对5家国内外生产厂家10对矿井20套提升系统以上4项保护相互独立的双线形式的调查,通过硬件设置、软件设置进行比较分析,提出了主提升系统双线制保护设置的具体建议,使主提升系统双线保护的设置做到了规范化和标准化,系统的安全性、可靠性和稳定性显著提高,提升了主提升系统的管理水平。
《Safety Regulation in Coal Mine》 （2016）require overwinding protection, overspeed protection, speed limit protection and deceleration function protection should be set as independent double wire system. After the research to 5 manufacturers, 10 mines, 20 hoisting systems about above 4 independent double wire systems,the specific suggestions of main hoisting system double wire system protection settings were proposed by comparing and analyzing hardware setup and software setup. By this way, the setup of main hoisting system double wire protection achieved normalization and standardization,the safety,reliability and stability improved a lot, the standard of management also got improved.
