基于测试-维修的多故障诊断策略研究

Research of Multiple Fault Diagnosis Strategy Based on Test-maintenance

提出了运用测试-维修方式实现多故障诊断维修的策略。讨论了多故障假设下测试性D矩阵中元素之间关系,定义了掩盖测试和最小被掩盖测试,为"测试-维修"过程提供合理的测试选择依据。提出了测试-维修的实现过程。运用实例验证方法的有效性和实用性,结果显示该方法简单直观,可以降低平均诊断步数和诊断成本,并获得较高的故障检测率和隔离率。

Propose a method based on test-maintenance to realize multiple fault diagnosis. The relationship between elements of D matrix under multiple fault assumption is discussed, and hidden test and minimum hidden test which provide the basis for the process of test-maintenance, are defined. The process of test-maintenance is proposed. The availability of the method is verified though an example, and the results show that the method is simple and intuitive and it could decrease the mean diagnostic steps and diagnostic cost with higher fault detected rate and fault isolated rote.
