采用ANSYS/CFX软件对防爆柴油机水洗箱内的气液两相流动进行分析,通过模拟防爆柴油机水洗箱内的气液流动状况,然后计算排放口的尾气温度,为水洗箱的优化设计提供参考,使防爆柴油机水洗箱满足标准要求。

Made a fluid simulation about gas and water in Mining washing tank based on ANSYS/CFX soft ,obtained the flow condition outlet temperature, provided the certain theory basis for water washing Explosion -proof diesel＇ s water about the two fluids and got the tank design and optimization.
