学术沙龙在眼科研究生教育中的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of Academic Salon in the Graduate Education of Ophthalmology

学术沙龙是当前国内外研究生教育中很有特色的教学方法。浙江大学医学院附属第一医院眼科结合自身的实际,面向研究生教学而开展的四种针对性的学术沙龙:每周晨间沙龙;眼科疑难病沙龙;新药新仪器介绍沙龙;新知识进修交流沙龙。形式灵活,方法创新,教学效果非常显著,既促进了研究生、青年医师的成长,又增进了导师与研究生、名医与青年医生、科研人员与临床医生间的互相关系。实践证明,医学眼科教育运用学术沙龙这种形式,有利于培养和发现人才,有利于构建研究生的最新知识结构和了解国内外最先进的新仪器、新设备和新药物的发展进展,有利于建设专业、科研的学术团队。

Academic salon is a distinctive teaching method in the current domestic and international ed- ucation for postgraduates. There was carried out four kinds of targeted academic salon in the depart- ment of ophthalmology, the first affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University with their introduction own reality for postgraduate teaching morning salon weekly, eye diseases salon , new drug ＆ instrument introduction salon, academic communication salon. These salons were flexible and innovative. The teaching effect is very significant, not only promote the growth of postgraduate students and young doctors, to enhance the relationship between postgraduate students and tutors, senior and junior doc- tors, researchers and clinicians. Practice has proved that the use of medical education with the form of Academic Salon is meaningful. It is beneficial to cultivate and find talent, is conducive to the building of the new knowledge structure and understanding of new equipment and new drugs for postgraduate students, is conducive to the construction of professional research team.
