依法治校语境下的大学生自组织法治化管理研究

自组织是基于一定目标自发形成的自我管理、自我约束的组织形态。伴随着互联网和即时通讯工具QQ、微博、微信等的飞速普及,高校自组织发展迅速。在依法治国的要求下,对高校的治理应贯彻法治的要求,即要依法治校,这是科学界定高校管理权和学生自治权、自主权的界限的客观要求。本文探讨了在此背景下大学生自组织法治化管理问题。大学生自组织的产生和发展是大学生自立自强的体现,增强了同学之间的交流和友谊,但在发展中面临很多问题,需要采取法治化思路加以正确引导和管理。

The Self organization is based on a certain target for spontaneous self management, the or-ganization form of self-discipline. With the help of the Internet and instant messaging tools such as QQ, Microblog, Wechat rapid popularization, the self-organizations of the colleges and universities have developed rapidly. Under the requirement of governing the country according to law, the re- quirement for the management of colleges and universities should carry out the rule of law, namely, ruling the colleges and universities by Law. This is the Objective requirements about scientific defini- tion of the ruling power in colleges and universities and the right of college student autonomy. Under the background of this paper discusses the college students＇ self-organization management of rule by law. The emergence and development of college students＇ self-organization is the embodiment of the college students＇ self-reliance and self-improvement. It has strengthened the exchanges and friendship between the students. And in the same time, it faces many problems and challenges. So it needs to take government by law idea to correct guidance and management.
