Reform of Surgery Course on the Educational Reform Class of Seven-year Program

目的通过外科学课程改革,提高医学生的临床思维能力和外科实践技能。方法 2015年起成立七年制教改班。外科学课程改革内容包括:明确办学目标、小班精英式教学、理论课阶段穿插临床实习内容和模拟教学、重视高质量教师队伍建设。结果精英式教学能够强化高质量教师队伍建设。90%的学生认为临床思维能力和临床技能方面得到了提高。结论外科理论课期间穿插临床实习内容,有利于提高医学生临床思维能力和外科实践能力。

Objective Aim to improve the clinical thinking ability and surgical practice of medical students through the reform of the course of surgery. Methods The educational reform class of seven- year program was established in 2015. The course contents of the reform of the surgery include： clear- ing educational objectives, small class elite teaching, theoretical course phase interspersed with clini- cal practice content and simulation teaching, paying attention to the construction of high quality teach- ers. Results Elite teaching can strengthen the construction of high quality teachers＇ team. 90% students think that clinical thinking ability and clinical skills have been improved. Conclusion During the course of surgery, it is beneficial to improve the clinical thinking ability and surgical practice abili- ty of medical students.
