西安产业结构与雾霾的灰色关联分析

Grey Correlation Analysis of Industrial Structure and Haze in Xi'an

根据2008—2014年西安市三次产业及工业内部各行业的增加值与形成雾霾的主要污染物的排放量等数据,运用灰色关联分析法研究了西安近7年产业结构与雾霾之间的关系。分析结果表明:三次产业及工业与雾霾关联度最大的是工业,最小的是第三产业;在西安工业发展中占主导地位的行业主要集中在重度雾霾污染行业和中度雾霾污染行业。雾霾治理是一项长期性、复杂性的工作,必须通过长短结合,运用法律、行政、经济等多种手段,建立雾霾治理的长效工作机制,将雾霾治理工作放在经济社会发展的全局考虑,加快实现西安经济与环境协调可持续发展的步伐。

According to the 2008-2014 three industrial and industrial sectors of the added value and the formation of haze emissions of major pollutants and other data in Xi＇an, this paper studies the relationship between industrial structure and haze in Xi＇an in recent 7 years by using grey rela- tional analysis.The results show that： the correlation between the three industries and industry haze is the largest industry, the smallest is the third industry;In Xi＇an, the dominant industry in the development of the industry is mainly concentrated in severe haze pollution industry and moderate haze pollution industriesHaze governance is a long-term, complex work, must be combined with the use of law, administrative, economic and other means, to establish long-term mechanism haze governance, haze governance work on the overall consideration of economic and social development,We will accelerate the pace of coordinated and sustainable development of Xi＇an＇s economy and environment.
