摘要
作为当前社会活动载体和平台的组织,其自身的结构调整和演变与社会经济整体的发展密切相关。组织自身所包含的价值观念、发展目标、内部框架、管理体制等等都集中体现出个人价值追求的实现以及组织自身的发展进步。因此,泰勒科学管理理论提出以来,随着人性假设的变化,现代组织范式也发生了根本转变,历经直线式、矩阵式和网状式三个阶段。
Organization plays an important role in the social activity as the carrier and palfform,and its structural adjustment and evolution is closely related to the development of social economy.Organizational structure itself contains,development goals,the internal framework,management system and so on are concentrated reflect personal value pursuit of progress and the development of the organization itself. Therefore,consideration since Taylor's scientific management theory,as the change of human nature assumption,the modern organization also has a fundamental change,which had after straight-line paradigm, matrix paradigm,network paradigm.
