It is of realistic significance to carry out general education on intellectual property to university students under the circumstances of Internet, which can not only improve students＇ creative quality but also promote national scientific and technological progress. The rapid development of Internet technology has been bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges for general education on intellectual property to university students. Ways of realization for general education on intellectual property to university students under the circumstances of Internet are explored in this article, from the aspects of education idea, education objective, education content, education methods, education approaches, website platform construction and teaching staff.
