基于蒙特卡罗法的数控机床可靠性仿真

Reliability simulation of NC machine tool based on monte carlo method

根据蒙特卡罗法基本原理,将其与故障树分析法相结合,提出了基于蒙特卡罗法的故障树仿真方法。以数控机床"机械系统故障"为例建立故障树仿真模型,给出了具体的过程算法和仿真结果。并根据其原理和方法流程开发了实用工具,将其应用于数控机床可靠性评估。

Combining the basic principle of Monte Carlo method with fault tree analysis method,this paper proposed the fault tree simulation method based on Monte Carlo method.Taking the case of NC machine tool ＂mechanical system fault＂,this paper established fault tree simulation model and gave the specific process of algorithm and the simulation result.According to principle and process of this method,a simulation tool was developed to apply to the NC machine tool reliability evaluation.
