三轴数控机床加工精度可靠性及灵敏度分析 被引量:4

摘要 将以三轴数控机床为研究对象,建立相应的误差模型,推导出数控机床运行误差表达式,依据数控机床运行误差表达式分别建立单轴、平面和空间加工精度的可靠性功能函数,并运用改进一次二阶矩法和Monte Carlo法对其精度可靠性及灵明度进行分析计算。以上分析对提高机床加工精度具有重要指导意义和参考价值。 This article will take the three axis NC machine tool as the research object,establish the corresponding error model,deduce the error expression of NC machine tool operation,according to the error expression of NC machine tool operation respectively establish a single shaft,plane and space accuracy reliability functions,then use AFOSM method and Monte Carlo method on the analysis of accuracy reliability and sensitivity.The above analysis has important guiding significance and the reference value to improve machining accuracy.
