摘要
根据产品结构及装配工艺流程,提出了一种环形八工位布局的旋转式磁力片自动化装配系统。针对磁棒易相互吸附、分离困难的特点,设计了磁棒自动补料、预装及自动上料机构;针对薄纸件易凸起变形,装配困难的特点,设计了薄纸件吸片上料装置;装配系统采用凸轮分割器实现高精度分度,借助铝合金随行夹具实现对工件的精确定位,满足了超声波焊接要求。该自动化装配系统在减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率,降低生产成本等方面都具有一定的实用价值。
The design scheme of rotary automatic assembly system for magnetic sheet is proposed based on the product structure and assembly process,and the configuration of 8-station is used in the assembly system.A special mechanism which is capable of supplying material,pre-assembly and feeding material automatically is designed based on the characteristics of the interaction of magnetic bar which can lead to be difficult to separate from each other.An air suction device for feeding paper thinner part is designed based on the characteristics of the bulging deformation which can bring difficulties in assembling.The cam separator is used to realize high precision rotary indexing.The aluminum alloy traveling clamp is applied to clamp workpiece accurately,which is used to meet the requirements of ultrasonically welding.The automatic assembly system may reduce the worker's labour intensity,improve production efficiency and reduce production cost,which have certain practical value.
