摘要
用消振棱刀刃刀具进行大应变挤出切削有限元模拟,改变相关参数,分别分析大应变挤出切削过程中的等效应变、等效应变率、等效应力、温度和切削力的变化规律。结果表明:其等效应变、等效应变率、等效应力和温度分布都呈带状;随着消振棱后角的增大,其最大等效应变先增大后减小;最大等效应变率的总体趋势为先略微增大后快速减小;最大等效应力和最高温度无明显变化;主切削力大小无明显变化;进给抗力曲线变化较复杂;在消振棱后角和棱边宽度相对较小时,会出现进给抗力曲线波动幅度较大的情况。
Proceeding the finite simulation of large strain extrusion machining with major first flank edge cutter.Altering the relevant parameters,analyzing the change rule of effective strain,effective strain rate,effective stress,temperature and cutting force in large strain extrusion machining.The results show that effective strain,effective strain rate,effective stress,temperature distribution are all banded.With increase of major first flank angle,the maximum effective strain at first increases and then decreases.The overall trend of the maximum effective strain rate at first increases slightly and then decreases rapidly.The maximum effective stress and the maximum temperature have no obvious changes.The size of the main cutting force without significant changes,but the changes of the feeding force curves are more complex.When the major first flank angle and the land width of the major first flank are relatively small,the fluctuation range of the axial thrust force curve is larger.
