基于AKIMA插值的光学自由曲面刀具路径优化

摘要 FTS金刚石车削技术是加工复杂光学自由曲面加工的主要方法之一。为解决自由曲面难加工,效率低,插值误差波动大的问题,设计曲面离散出刀触点,采用AKIMA插值法对金刚石刀具圆弧半径进行刀具轨迹补偿,生成机床可识别的刀位点轨迹。通过MATLAB仿真实验表明,AKIMA插值法总体上更能逼近理想轨迹,虽然提出的插值方法计算相对复杂,但是插值精度显著提高,能够很好地控制曲面轮廓,保证了曲面的面型精度,同时也满足加工效率方面的要求。 FTS diamond turning technology is one of the main methods for machining complex optical free-form surface.In order to solve the problem of difficult machining of free surface,low efficiency and big fluctuation of interpolation error,the design surface is discretized by the cutter contact point(CCP) and compensate the path of the diamond tool's arc radius with AKIMA interpolation method,which can identify the locus of the tool locus.MATLAB simulation results show that the AKIMA interpolation method is generally more approximate to the ideal trajectory.Although the AKIMA interpolation method is relatively complex,but the interpolation accuracy is improved significantly,which can better control the surface profile,not only to ensure that surface profile accuracy,but also meet the requirements of the processing efficiency.
