摘要
毛刷法是目前国内外广泛采用的一种铝合金车轮去毛刺方法,具有兼容性强、去除效率高等特点,但仍有边角不均匀、划伤等缺陷。为此,根据车轮背腔的结构特点,将刷毛刺区域进行了拆分,并将毛刷动作分解为三个步骤,这就能够对各区域毛刷的运动参数进行分别控制,使各个毛刷都能够按照最优化的模式进行运转,进而提高去除毛刺的效率和质量。
Brush is a kind of deburring method of aluminum alloy wheel which is widely used at home and abroad with the characteristics of good compatibility and high efficiency,but there are still defects such as nonuniform corner and scratch.This article separates the deburring areas according to the structure features of the back cavity of wheel,and the brush motion is broken down into three steps.This method can make the brush run on the optimized patterns with controlling the motion parameters of the deburring areas separately,and then improve the efficiency and quality of deburring.
