摘要
针对轮对踏面轮廓旋修的偏差问题进行了分析,尤其是对不同旋修方法产生的精度误差,以及误差复映效应的趋势进行了较详细的分析,并就目前现状提出了解决问题的几点建议,为研究高速动车运行过程中的振动问题提供参考。
Analyze the lathing deviation problem of wheel tread contour,analysis detailed the trend of error reflection effect and the accuracy error produced by different lathing method especially,put forward some suggestions to solve the problem on the current status,provide a reference for studying the vibration problem of high-speed EMU during the operation.
