经济型数控车床在机加行业中因其良好的经济性得到了广泛应用,但因经济型数控车床只有X、Z轴,往往只能加工绕轴旋转的回转体工件。经济型数控车床拥有脉冲编码器,用于螺纹加工时记忆位置,避免螺纹乱扣。通过对机床进行深入的研究后,发现可以利用脉冲编码器实现假C轴的功能,利用Excel实现了其宏程序模块化编程等功能。
