浸轧水热法负载二氧化钛棉织物的性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,在低温条件下用浸轧水热法在棉织物上原位生成纳米级锐钛矿型二氧化钛(TiO_2),并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)加以表征。在紫外光和可见光下,以亚甲基蓝的脱色率和对三种染料的降解能力为指标,研究了负载TiO_2棉织物的自清洁性能。通过紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)分析了整理后织物的抗紫外性能。XRD表明,整理后织物上的TiO_2主要为锐钛矿型,粒径6.4 nm;SEM观察发现,棉织物表面均匀分布着大量纳米级TiO_2颗粒;UV-Vis光谱测试显示,负载TiO_2的织物紫外线透过率明显降低。负载TiO_2织物经紫外光照19 h后,对亚甲基蓝染液脱色率为92.13%,经皂洗后脱色率有所提升。制得的负载TiO_2棉织物具有良好的自清洁性能和耐久性。 Nano-scale anatase titanium dioxide (Ti02) was in-situ formed on the cotton fabric by pad hy- drothermal method at low temperature using butyl titanate as precursor, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The self-cleaning properties of the loaded cotton fabric were stud- ied by using decolorization rate of methylene blue (MB) and degradation ability of three dyes under ultraviolet and visible light as indexes. The UV resistance of the finished fabric was analyzed by UV-Vis spectrum. XRD analysis showed that TiO2 on the fabric was mainly anatase with a diameter of 6.4 rim. SEM observation showed that a lot of nano-Ti02 particles were uniformly distributed on the surface of cotton fabric. Ultravio- let-visible (UV-Vis) measurements showed that the UV transmittance of the TiO2-1oaded fabric was signifi- cantly reduced. The MB decolorization rate of the TiO2-1oaded fabric treated with UV light for 19 h was 92.13%, and the decolorization rate increased after soaping. So the TiO2-1oaded cotton fabrics had good self- cleaning performance and durability,
