摘要 为了开发PTT长丝和绢丝混纺织物的染色工艺,研究了分散染料对PTT纤维的染色性能及对真丝纤维的沾色性;弱酸性染料对真丝的染色性能及对PTT纤维的沾色性;并进一步研究了Dianix分散染料和酸性染料一浴法、二浴法染色工艺。结果表明,酸性染料对PTT基本不沾色,而分散染料对真丝的沾色性与染料结构有密切关系,蒽醌类、喹啉类染料对真丝沾色很小,而偶氮类有明显沾色。寻找到合适的分散染料、酸性染料PTT/绢丝混纺织物一浴法染色工艺。 In order to develop the dyeing process of PTT fiber and silk blend fabric, the effects of dis- perse dyes on the dyeing properties of PTT fiber and stain ability of silk fiber were studied. The effects of acid dyes on dyeing properties of silk and stain ability of PTT fiber were studied. The dyeing process of Dianix dis- perse dyes and acid dyes in one bath and two baths was further studied. The results showed that the acid dyes did not stain the P-I-F, The stain ability of disperse dyes on the silk was related to the structure of dye. For example, the staining of anthraquinones, quinoline dyes on the silk was very small. But the azo dyes had significant staining. The one bath process of PTT/silk blend fabric dyed with suitable disperse and acid dyes was found.
