摘要
为了合理选取适用于江苏如东大规模集群式风电工程的并网方案,首先分析比较了基于交流输电方式和柔性直流输电方式的海上风电并网技术的优缺点。然后给出了基于柔性直流输电方式的海上风电场并网的几种典型拓扑,并对各种并网拓扑的优缺点进行分析。在此基础上,对规划建设中的江苏如东大规模集群式风电工程的并网拓扑展开研究,提出了全交流、交流和直流点对点、交流和直流环形、交流和直流星形4种典型的并网方案。最后,选择经济性比较范围,采用现金流折现模型,从设备成本、维护成本和损耗费用3个方面计算了所提方案的总成本,进行了经济性比较和分析。结果表明,该工程采用全交流方式时经济性最佳,其次分别为交流和直流点对点混合并网方式、交流和直流星形混合并网方式、交流和直流环形并网方式。
In order to select an appropriate integration topology for the planned large-scale offshore wind farms project in Rudong, Jiangsu Province, firstly, we compared HVAC and VSC-HVDC for offshore wind farms integration. Then,we investigated several typical topologies of VSC-HVDC transmission system for large offshore wind farms, and analyzed their merits and demerits, respectively. Subsequently, four typical integration topologies proposed were intended for this project, including HVAC topology, HVAC and HVDC with point to point topology, HVAC and HVDC with ring topology, HVAC and HVDC with star topology. The costs of these four topologies were calculated within the scope of economic comparison using discounted cash flow model and considering investment cost, maintenance cost and loss cost. Finally, we compared and analyzed the economics of these four topologies. The results show that the HVAC topology provides the best economy, followed by HVAC and HVDC with point-to-point topology, HVAC and HVDC with star topology, HVAC and HVDC with ring topology, in order.
