Optimal Scheduling of Active Distribution Network Based on Whole Resource System

摘要 为了对主动配电网中的可控分布式发电单元、储能以及可切除柔性负荷等单元进行建模和优化控制,通过搭建MATLAB+Open DSS的混合仿真计算平台,提出了一种主动配电网运行优化计算模型及模型求解方法。该方法在每一个计算周期内,以主动配电网运行费用最低为优化目标,通过网格自适应直接搜索算法与二次序列规划相结合的算法,分步优化并迭代验证储能、微型燃气轮机以及可切除柔性负荷的组合方式与出力计划,实现了主动配电网的优化运行。在保证主动配电网安全运行的基础上,提高主动配电网的运行经济性和可靠性。通过对IEEE37馈线系统进行算例测试,验证了该模型及求解方法的有效性。 To realize the modeling and optimizing control of distributed generation unit, energy storage, and the flexible load in the active distribution network,we built a hybrid simulation computing platform based on MATLAB+OpenDSS, and proposed an optimization model of the active distribution network and its solving method. In each calculation period, the method takes the lowest operating cost of the active distribution network as the optimization objective.The optimized operation of the active distribution network is realized by the combination of the sequential quadratic program-ming, the mesh adaptive direct search algorithm, the combined method and power plan of the energy storage, micro-~rbine, and flexible load. On the basis of ensuring the safe operation of the active distribution network, the proposed method im- proves the operation economy and reliability of the active distribution network. The validity of the model and the method is verified by tests of the IEEE 37 feeder system.
