摘要
通过对各种密度计量方式与目前可用的在线(自动)密度计量方式的现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出了采取便携式密度计实现油品密度在线计量的参考方案。与传统的方法相比,该密度计可以实时、连续地测量和分析不同高度的密度分布情况,有效发现密度分层、产品不一致等现象,且测量操作快捷、准确。
The reference scheme for the online measurement of oil density using portable density meter is put forward through the analy- sis of present situation and existing problems in various density measurement modes and currently available online （automatic） density measurement methods. Compared with the traditional method, the density meter can realize the real-time continuous measurement of oil density and analyze the density distribution along height, and effectively find the density stratification, inconsistent oil product, and so on. The measuring operation is fast and accurate.
