Fully Implementing the Five Development Concepts and Further Promoting the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

中共十八届五中全会提出的创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,对深入推进京津冀协同发展具有重要指导意义。要有序推进北京非首都功能疏解,加快推进京津冀公共服务均等化,着力构建京津冀协同创新共同体,大力推进生态环境共建共享。

The eighteen the fifth plenary session of the communist party of China put forward five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, open, and sharing, which has important guiding significance to further promote the coordi- nated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. We should propel the relief of Beijing the capital function, accelerate the equalization of public service of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and strive to build the collaborative innovation community of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and vigorously promote the co-construction and sharing of the ecological environment.
