摘要 电连接器广泛应用于电路系统中,但是电连接器已经被广泛认为是电子元器件可靠性,工作寿命最难保证的器件之一,因此主要研究电连接器的主要影响因素对不同结构尺寸电连接器寿命的影响。利用ANSYS软件对相同接触面积不同结构尺寸的电连接器进行热分析和振动分析,得到了结构的温度分析云图和变形云图,并用傅里叶定律来验证热分析结果的正确性。研究结果为电连接器的温度分析和振动分析提供了参考依据,对保证电连接器的可靠性和安全性具有重要意义。 Electric connectors are widely used in electrical system. As a kind of electronic components, such a viewpoint is that the longevity and reliability of electric connectors are difficult to be ensured, has been widely considered. Therefore, the influence of the main factors on the longevity of electrical connectorswith different structures was mainly studiedin this paper. Thermal analysis and vibration analysisof electrical connectorswith the condition of same contact area and different structural dimensionswere well conducted by ANSYS. Related temperatureand vibration analysiswere completed, and result of thermal analysis was verified by the Fourier law. The research results of this paper provide a valuable reference for thermal analysis and vibration analysis of electric connectors, which is important for ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical connectors.
