圆柱壳开孔接管结构弹性失稳临界压力研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对外压圆柱壳开孔接管结构,通过有限元非线性屈曲分析,较为系统地讨论了不同开孔率d/D、接管与筒体厚度比δ_(et)/δ_e、筒体径厚比D_o/δ_e及筒体长径比L/D_o参数下临界压力P_(c)r的变化规律,同时与GB150-2011半面积补强法计算结果进行比较分析。研究结果表明,开孔率较小或较薄壁筒体接管开孔结构下,开孔接管对筒体临界压力无明显削弱;较厚壁短圆筒及大开孔时,开孔接管结构的削弱作用尤为显著。基于规则设计的半面积补强法结果与屈曲分析结果存在一定差异。较小D_o/δ_e及短圆筒下,半面积补强计算结果偏于冒进,安全裕度不够;较大D_o/δ_e及长圆筒下,半面积补强计算结果则偏于保守。 The cylindrical shell with nozzle structure under external pressure is investigated using finite element nonlinear buckling analysis. The effect of different d/D, δet/δe, Do/δe, and L/Do on critical pressure is analyzed, the results ore compared with those of the half orea reinforcement method based on GB150-2011. The research results show that the critical pressure of the cylinder is not significantly weakened when the opening rate is smaller or the cylinder thickness is thinner, however, the weakening effect is significantly for short cylinder with thicker thickness and larger opening. There are some differences between the results of the half area reinforcement method based on GB150-2011 and the buckling analysis. The half area reinforcement results may lead to unsafe results for cylinder with smallerDo/δe and short cylinder, while it is conservative for cylinder with larger DJS, and long cylinder.
