摘要
传统直立式旋风除尘器通过调整合适的入口段倾斜角可以实现水平安装。借助Fluent软件通过对一新型水平放置的旋风除尘器实例进行仿真分析,得出除尘器可以水平放置。再通过系列的仿真进一步得到:当旋风除尘器水平放置时,入口段倾斜角的可行性范围是在合适的角度区间内;在不同入口风速下,形成最佳螺旋气流的入口段倾斜角不同。且当入口风速在一般范围内变化时,除尘效率为最佳的入口段倾斜角出现在一定范围内;入口风速越高,除尘器除尘效率越好。且随着入口风速逐渐减小,形成最佳螺旋气流的入口段倾斜角呈减小趋势。
Traditional vertical cyclone dust collector could be installed horizontally by adjusting the appropriate inlet section tilted angle.The author simulated the case of a new type of cyclone dust collector by using Fluent software, and obtained the cyclone dust collector could be placed horizontally. Then through the series of simulation,the author deeply obtained: when the cyclone dust collector placed horizontally, the feasible range of the inlet section tilted angle was in the range of the suitable angle; Under different inlet velocity, the inlet section tilted angle of the optimal helical flow was different. When the inlet velocity changed within the general scope, the inlet section tilted angle of the optimum efficiency of dust collection occurred within a suitable range; The higher the inlet velocity was, the better efficiency of dust collection was. With the inlet wind speed decreasing, the inlet section tilted angle of the optimal helical flow also decreased.
