摘要 针对铰接式车辆油缸铰接点位置设计中存在的问题,以某自卸车为原型,建立了油缸铰接点位置优化设计的数学模型。根据该车的工作环境,考虑转向力矩作为性能约束条件,使其满足设计要求。然后利用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱编写了转向力矩遗传算法优化程序,得到铰接点优化位置,绘制出解的变化和适应度变化曲线图,描述遗传算法的搜索过程,在获取可靠的转向系统全局最优解的同时,使求解过程简化,计算精度提高,从而为铰接式车辆转向系统的优化设计提供了理论参考和借鉴。 In view of the problems existing in the design of cylinder hinged point location of articulated vehicle, based on the prototype of a dump truck, a mathematical model of cylinder hinged point location optimization design is established. According to the working environment of the truck, steering moment is considered as a performance restriction condition and is optimized to meet the design requirements. By using MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox, genetic algorithm optimized program of steering moment is wrote, and the optimizing location of hinge joint is found~ The changing curves figure of solution and fitness are drawn, and the search progress of genetic algorithm is described. Reliable global optimal solution of steering system is obtained, which simplifies the solving process and improves the calculation accuracy. The optimizing solutions in this paper would provide a theoretical reference for the optimization design of steering system.
