摘要
为提高轴承试验机主轴部件的设计质量、简化设计流程、缩短设计周期,应用VB.NET对ANSYS进行了二次开发,建立了轴承试验机主轴部件的设计分析模块。该模块能够有效调用ANSYS,可完成参数化建模、分析、生成报表。并以分析最佳轴向预紧力为例,实现了余弦分布载荷的APDL加载方法,可以快速得到最佳预紧力。实践表明:该设计分析模块完全可以满足轴承试验机的设计分析要求。
In order to improve the design quality of main shaft in bearing tester, simplifing the design process, shortening the design cycle, designing analysis module of main shaft in bearing tester are established by using VB.NET for the secondary development of ANSYS. The module can effectively call ANSYS, complete parametric modeling, analysis, and generate reports. Taking the best axial pre-tightening force for example, the APDL loading method of cosine distribution load is realized and the best test pre-tightening force can be obtained quickly. It is demonstrated that the design analysis module can completely satisfy the design analysis requirement of the bearing tester.
