摘要
姿控发动机通过推力器控制推力,提高空间飞行器机动性能。推力性能测试是姿控发动机最重要的被测参数之一,其测量离不开推力测量试车台。针对姿控发动机推力性能测试要求,设计了姿控发动机试车台。为满足动态测试性能,机械结构采用Hyper Works分析并优化;为保证系统安全、稳定,测控系统采用labview的多重主/从嵌套模式搭建。测试结果表明,姿控发动机试车台不但能很好地满足姿控发动机推力性能测试的需求,而且其功能设计和良好的人机界面为姿控发动机的测试、改进提供了便利。
The attitude control engine is designed for controlling the thrust through the thruster and improving the maneuverability of spacecraft. Thrust performance testing is one of the most important measured parameters of the attitude control engine and it's dependent on the thrust measurement test bed, For the performance test requirements of the attitude control engine, the test-bed of attitude control engine is designed. To meet the dynamic testing performance, mechanical structure uses HyperWorks to analyze and optimize. In order to ensure security and stability of the system, measurement and control system use multiple nest-master/slave mode of the labVIEW to build, Testing results indicate that the test-bed of attitude control engine can not only meet the requirements of the thrust performance test of the attitude control engine, but also provide the convenience for test and improvement of the attitude control engine by its function design and good human- machine interface.
