摘要 线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA)是线粒体内最重要的遗传物质。mtDNA突变普遍存在,突变型mtDNA与野生型mtDNA共存的现象被称为mtDNA异质性。mtDNA异质性与衰老和多种疾病密切相关。mtDNA异质性特性、mtDNA异质性与衰老和疾病相关性以及线粒体疾病的治疗等都是近年来遗传学研究的热点。本文从mtDNA异质性的动态变化、组织特异性、mtDNA异质性与疾病以及线粒体疾病的治疗等方面对mtDNA异质性进行综述。 Mammal mitochondrial DNAs( mtDNAs) resident in mitochondria. mtDNA mutations are widespread. The co-existence of the wild-type and mutant mtDNAs is called mtDNA heteroplasmy.mtDNA heteroplasmy is closely related to aging and different diseases. Hitherto,characteristics of mtDNA heteroplasmy,the relationship between mtDNA heteroplasmy and aging,the correlation between mtDNA heteroplasmy and disease and the therapy of mitochondrial disease were all research hot pots. In this paper,we reviewed dynamics and tissue-specificity of mtDNA heteroplasmy. And the relation between mtDNA heteroplasmy and aging,mtDNA heteroplasmy and disease and the therapy of mitochondrial disease were also summarized.
