浅谈盐井技术套管腐蚀损坏修治技术

Brief Discussion of Repairing Technique of Corrosion Damage in Intermediate Casing in Salt Well

陕北某化工公司盐井从投产后,采输卤管线及卤井技术套管产生不同程度腐蚀,严重时会出现套管穿孔、卤水漏失,严重影响盐井生产产量和寿命,对周边环境也有一定影响;浅析该公司3号水平井套管腐蚀损坏后的修治技术。

There are varying degrees corrosion in the exploit-transport brine pipelines and brine well intermediate casing in some salt wells of a chemical company at north of Shanxi. When the situation becomes serious, casing pipes perforation and brine leakage will happen. At the same time, it will have a strong impact on the yield and life span of salt wells, and the surroundings will also be affected. This paper briefly analyzes the repairing technique of corrosion damage in casing pipe of No.3 horizontal well of this company.
