摘要
PDC钻头泥包是一种严重制约钻井时效的井下复杂情况,主要体现在影响钻头对岩石的切削作用和降低钻井液水动力参数;沙隆达盐矿矿区位于江陵凹陷的中东部,上部地层成岩性差,易发生PDC钻头泥包;通过优化钻井设计、合理调控钻井液性能和强化工程措施可以降低直至消除发生PDC钻头泥包的可能性,此类措施已成功应用于沙隆达盐矿沙市矿区的生产实践。
PDC bit bailing is a kind of underground complicated situation which will seriously restrict the well drilling efficiency. This situation includes affecting the rock cutting action and decreasing the kinetic parameter of drilling fluid. Shaiongda salt mine district is located on the mid-east region of Jiangling sunken, and the upper stratum has bad rock forming condition so the PDC bit bailing can happen easily. After optimizing the well drilling design, reasonable adjusting the properties of drilling fluid and intensifying the construction measures, the possibilities of PDC bit bailing can be decreased until eliminated. This kind of measures have already applied to the current production of Shashi mine district in Shalongda salt mine district.
