摘要
通过实验,对标准GB7466-1987《水质总铬的测定》第一篇高锰酸钾氧化—二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法中的试样氧化加热方式、容器器皿、调节pH、标准曲线几方面进行了改进,缩短了操作步骤、节省了操作时间,提高了测定结果的精密度和准确度。
According to the first chapter of Determination of Water Quality Total Chromium GB7466-1987, which is The Oxidation of Potassium Permanganate-diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry, we have improved the following aspects： sample oxidation heating method, container vessel, pH adjustment and standard curve.
