摘要
目的:建立复方双花颗粒中金银花的质量控制方法,为提高标准提供依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法,研究金银花的鉴别方法,对鉴别结果进行分析,并采用同样的方法检测山银花对比二者鉴别结果,为提高金银花鉴别标准提供科学依据。结果:金银花薄层色谱法鉴别专属性试验存在一定的干扰;山银花薄层色谱检查方法斑点清晰,分离度高,专属性试验无干扰。结论:不建议将金银花的薄层色谱鉴别纳入标准,改用山银花检查项控制其投料,可作为复方双花颗粒中金银花的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for quality control of Honeysuckle in Compound Shuanghua Granules,and to provide a basis for improving the standard. Methods: The TLC method was used to study the identification method of Honeysuckle.The differential results were analyzed,and the use of the same method was used to detect the Lonicera confusa DC. to compare between the identification results,in order to provide scientific basis for improving Honeysuckle identification standard. Results:There was some interference in the TLC identification of specific properties of Honeysuckle. The TLC examination method of Lonicera confusa DC. had clear spots,with high degree of separation and without interference of specificity test. Conclusion: Does notrecommend the TLC identification of Honeysuckle into the standard,and the detection program of Lonicera confusa DC. can be changed to use to control the feed,which can be used as the quality control method of Honeysuckle in Compound Shuanghua Granules.
