疏肝理气汤联合西药治疗慢性糜烂胃炎的疗效及对病变组织bFGF表达水平的影响

Curative Effect of Using Shugan Liqi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis and Impact on the Expression Level of bFGF of Lesion Tissue

目的:探讨疏肝理气汤联合西药对慢性胃炎伴糜烂的疗效,以及其对bFGF表达水平的影响。方法:选取我院脾胃病科门诊/病房确诊为CEG的患者40例作为治疗组,予以疏肝理气汤和西药治疗12周,其中Hp阳性者先予抗Hp治疗14天;比较治疗前后患者中医症候疗效、胃镜形态、病理变化、bFGF指标变化等情况。同时选取健康体检者20例作为对照组检测bFGF值进行对照比较。结果:1.中医症候疗效总有效率为95.00%,镜下疗效总有效率为77.50%,病理疗效总有效率为87.50%,三组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.治疗组治疗前bFGF值远高于治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),经过治疗后bFGF值与健康对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃、调中理气法联合西药对CEG疗效显著,能够显著降低bFGF的表达水平。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Shugan Liqi Decoction combined with western medicine on chronic gastritis with erosion,and its effect on the expression levels of b FGF. Methods： Choosing 40 cases of patients diagnosed CEG as a treatment group from our hospital stomach outpatient or ward. Then treated with Shugan Liqi Decoction and western medicine in the treatment group for 12 weeks,the HP positive first received anti HP therapy for 14days; compared the efficacy of TCM symptoms,endoscopic morphology,pathological changes,and the change of b FGF before and after treatment. At the same time,20 healthy persons were selected as the controlled group to compare the value of b FGF with the treatment group. Results： 1. Total effective rate of TCM symptoms efficacy was 95. 00%,while that of endoscopic and pathology were 77. 50% and 87. 50%. There was no significant difference among the three groups（ P〉0. 05）. 2. After treatment the value of b FGF of the treatment group was lower than that before,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the value of b FGF after treatment was higher than the healthy controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Shugan Liqi Decoction combined with western medicine has significant effect on the CEG,and it can significantly reduce the expression level of bFGF.
