基于调节气血 温阳通气治则毫火针治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Observation of Applying Milli Fire Needle Therapy Based on the Rules of Treatment of Regulating Qi and Blood,Warming Yang and Ventilating Qi in the Treatment of Spastic Hemiplegia

目的:观察采用毫火针基于调节气血、温阳通气治则治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取在我院针灸康复科住院部收治的86例符合纳入标准的中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者,按随机数表发分为毫火针组(44例)、普通针刺组(42例)进行治疗,采用基于调节气血、温阳通气治则选取特定穴位进行治疗,观察治疗前后中风后痉挛性偏瘫患者患肢痉挛程度、运动功能、神经功能缺损及患者日常生活能力等指标的变化以全面评价该疗法的疗效。结果:与普通针刺组相比,采用基于调节气血、温阳通气治则的毫火针治疗后,中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者患肢的痉挛情况得到缓解(P<0.05),且患者的运动功能、神经功能和日常生活能力都得到了很好的恢复(P<0.05)。结论:基于调节气血、温阳通气治则的毫火针疗法对中风后痉挛性偏瘫的治疗效果确切,且优于普通针刺疗法,值得在中风后痉挛性偏瘫临床治疗中推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of milli fire needle based on regulating Qi and blood, warming Yang, ventilating Qi treatment for treating stroke spastic hemiplegia. Methods： 86cases in our hospital that met the inclusion criteria of stroke spastic hemiplegia patients, according to the random number table method were divided into milli fire needle group （44cases）, normal acupuncture group （42cases） were treated by regulating Qi and blood, warming Yang, ventilating Qi based on the selected specific aeupoints, observing before and after the treatment of post-stroke spastic hemiplegia patients suffering from limb spasticity, motor function, neural function defect and daily living ability of the patients indexes such as changes in a comprehensive evaluation of the efficacy of the therapy. Results ： Compared with the ordinary acupuncture group, the based on regulating Qi and blood, warming Yang and ventilating Qi treatment of milli fire needle therapy, post stroke spasm of paralyzed patients suffering from limb spasm eased （ P〈0. 05 ） and in patients with motor function, neurological function and activities of daily living （ADL） had been very good recovery （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： On the basis of regulating Qi and blood, warming Yang and ventilating Qi, milli fire needle therapy is used for treating spastic hemiplegia after stroke has the exact, and better effect compared with the ordinary acupuncture therapy, it is worthy of popularization and application in stroke spastic hemiplegia.
