摘要
能源管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,如何提升能源管理效率,降低能源管理成本是企业和社会普遍关注的问题。文章主要研究如何将管理学中的PDCA(Plan Do Check Action)循环理论应用于企业能源管理之中,提出一种基于PDCA的企业动态能源管理模型以及实施的方法,通过设备用能的实时监测、企业能耗的深入分析以及工艺的管理优化,实现设备负荷的合理调整,降低碳排放量,提高班次的生产效率,不断提升企业的能源管理水平,使企业能源管理逐步走向标准化、规范化、科学化。
The energy management is an important part of the modem enterprise management. How to improve the efficiency of energy management is an issue focused by enterprises and the society. This paper mainly introduces the PDCA(Plan Do Check Action) cycle theory in enterprise energy management, and proposes a dynamic energy management model using PDCA and corresponding implementation method, to achieve a reasonable adjustment of equipment load, reduce carbon emissions, improve the production efficiency, and continuously enhance the energy management level by real-time monitoring equipment energy, in-depth analysis of enterprise energy consumption. The proposed method can optimize the production process, continuously improve the enterprise energy management level and make it move toward the standardization and scientific direction step by step.
